By MaxxAxe on April 4, 2017 Pretty happy with these shoes, especially for the price paid. Comfortable, well made and rugged-looking. I wish they didn't have the black toe cap - just to make them look less sneaker-like for the office - but other than that can find nothing to merit complaints. Shipping was fast and package arrived unscathed. Read more Top critical review See all 19 critical reviews › 3 people found this helpful 2.0 out of 5 stars Too narrow in the front and too hot. By GeorgeNY on December 31, 2015 The front of the shoe felt too narrow in my regular size (10). If I really loosened the laces, it was better but not completely. The back felt a bit too loose; maybe because I had loosened the shoe laces too much. The length seemed fine, though, again, my heel felt too loose. I have regular feet, size 10, and I own several pairs of Timberlands, which I love. Traditional boots, one waterproof pair, and they fit fine, and not as hot. But, I noticed that some models tend to be ill-fitting when I try them at the Timb store. I should have remembered this and not order these online. It's not the fault of the seller, which in this case, was not Timb but an Amazon re-seller. I only wore them inside the house for a few hours but they got really warm, and this is a normally-heated house in the winter. These will probably be too hot in late spring, and summer. Perhaps that's the waterproofing playing a role. I had to return them. Note, that the seller deducts $7 from your refund for providing a UPS return label. So,you don't pay to ship them back, but you pay otherwise.
